プチクッキング参加

8月5日(水)に区役所で行われたプチクッキングに子どもと参加しました。持ち物に「エプロン・三角巾」とあり、うーたんの分は持っていなかったので、実家でミシンを借りて急いで作成。両面使えるリバーシブル。首のところは迷った末、型紙をアレンジして、シュシュ形式にしました。プチクッキングに参加していた他の子のエプロンを観察したところ、リングで長さを調節できるものが使い勝手が良さそうでした。三角巾は、リバーシブルにせず、1枚モノの方が良かったようです。今の季節、代謝の良いお子さまには大変暑いようで(^^;)

Kids' cooking

We took part in the kids' cooking class held by the ward office. There were about 15 pairs of parent and child, and enjoyed cooking. My son used a kid's kitchen knife for the first time, he was so pleased to use it. We made sea weed's rice balls and Japanese vinegar salad. Great fun!
For this gathering, I prepared my son's apron & bandanna in a hurry. The apron is reversible. It's not so difficult. If you like for your child, try this!
