もっちり焼きそば /Chow mein

らっこさんは焼きそば好き。お祭りの出店では必ず買って食べるし、スーパーのお惣菜コーナーでも焼きそばが気になっちゃう。パルシステムの焼きそばは4個パック。何かと便利なので、カタログの中に見付けると買うことにしている。国産小麦の麺はつるつるもっちり。市販の乾いた仕上がりの麺も好きだけれど、もっちりとした食感のパルの麺は満足感が違う。

I like the chow mein, the pan-fried noodles. I often eat it for my lunch, but today this is for our supper. I added carrots, onions, cabbages, green peppers, Eringi mushroom, and pork. This chow mein are made of Japanese flour, so its taste is different from the one which we can buy at supermarkets.

お夕飯の焼きそばだから、野菜もたくさん入れて、しっかり食べて明日もがんばろう。
Very easy to make, tasty, you can eat vegetable a lot!
